Sidewalk for Cell Phone Users             Shar Htoo.

   mostly Yes, because I think the United States should make a special lane of the sidewalk for people using cell phones. Because many people use phones.

        first reason is the United States has many people use phone,then they play phone every day,some people use phone at outside,like watch book,play games,talk some body.Then they do not watch the car,motorcycle,bicycle coming and do not watch traffic lights. Next reason is if the American people make the sidewalk for cell phone users,then we can play phone at outside every day and watch book,because you can don't scared car coming or red light.

       I think the United States should make a special lane of the sidewalk for people using cell phones.For example you can don't scared car coming or red light.
